Jim Evans has been following technology for more than 30 years. His first computer was a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model I with tape cassette storage. After working for 20 years as the computer network manager for a small financial company, Jim left because of a medical disability. Before that and since then, Jim has been a avid watcher of the trends in technology. Since the late eighties, Jim has attended numerous technology shows including COMDEX and CES in Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta and New York. As part of his staying involved, he has been a member and an officer of the Greater Cleveland PC Users Group and is currently serving as Secretary of the Association of Personal Computer User Groups. His areas of expertise and interest include Windows, WiFi, VOIP, Security, Digital Photography and Office Productivity programs. Jim has reviewed and served as a beta tester for many programs.
