Michael C. DeAloia is currently the Senior Director of Business Development for SchoolOne and FIT Technologies. In this capacity he is responsible for the deployment of the business development strategy and key marketing programs of the SchoolOne and FIT. Prior to his tenure at SchoolOne and FIT, he was the Senior Executive for Technology Development, or "Tech Czar," for the City of Cleveland. As the "Tech Czar," he was responsible for economic development for technology based companies. 
Prior to the City of Cleveland position, he was the Chief Financial Officer of BlueBridge Networks, LLC ("BlueBridge"), a company that owns and operates Internet Data Centers and offered a menu of managed Internet security solutions.
Previous to BlueBridge, he worked for Saltz, Shamis & Goldfarb ("SS&G"), a large regional accounting firm based in Cleveland, OH. There he created SS&G's New Economy Advisors practice. Before his tenure at SS&G, Michael was President of Susan's Coffee & Tea ("SCT"). He received great experience at Ernst & Young and held positions at National City Bank's ("NCB's") Structured Finance and Venture Capital groups. He holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in the disciplines of finance and marketing.
