iHearSafe headphones and earbuds

When you can hear music coming out of the earbuds of another person's MP3 player, you know that the volume level is too loud. But how loud is too loud?

And how can you prevent someone (young people especially) from cranking the volume to 11?

iHearSafe logo

The iHearSafe headphones and earbuds are the solution. An MP3 player turned up to maximum level can reach 120 decibels. Sounds under 85 decibels are considered generally safe according to NIOSH (National Institute of Health and Safety) and CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention). iHearSafe™ keeps the volume at a safe level at all times without any software to download or parental controls to install.

iHearSafe headphones

The iHearSafe devices basically prevents the volume from exceeding the safe level of 85 decibels. You can still hear the music or podcasts but it won't pass through harmful decibels over 85. Whether you prefer the earbuds or headphones, you can use them with any standard headphone jack.

I like the volume control on the cord so I don't have to fiddle with the MP3 player to quickly adjust volume.

iHearSafe earbuds

The headphones are $25 and the earbuds are $20. Preventing hearing loss? Priceless.
